Estimated Delivery Dates

The estimated delivery dates shown on product pages are calculated based on factors such as product type, inventory levels, and shipping destination. These estimated delivery dates are estimations only and are not guaranteed.

If an item is in stock, it will usually ship the next business day. If an item is not in stock, you may refer to the estimated delivery date as an estimated lead time for your order to arrive. We process every order with the utmost speed and efficiency, but shipping times may vary from the estimated lead times shown. Please note that custom/specialty products, or products on backorder, can take up to several weeks to arrive.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the product, the supplier, the distance the product is traveling, the level of delivery service selected, etc. Shipping costs are reflected in the order review section once you place an item in your shopping cart, and before you are asked for payment.

Large Items

Certain large items (such as bathtubs and basins) and large orders are shipped by common carrier. Allow a 5-7 working-day delivery time for common carrier deliveries, unless requesting expedited or rush deliveries. For items that are shipped by common carrier, we can provide curbside delivery only.

Delivery Outside 48 U.S. Contiguous States

For orders in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, outside the continental US and Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Sales Tax

We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at Watrline, except for deliveries within Florida. Florida purchases are charged state and county sales tax, which is automatically calculated during checkout.

Product Inspections

We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping by the freight company. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the unit becomes your property.

Again, please take the time to inspect the delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
